Hi Nicholas, I was doing a google search regarding which company owns RLC and the results indicated it was a company out of Montreal, QE Canada, then this article was also listed. 

Here’s an article I read online. Perhaps RLC is expanding into new markets.

Reallifecam is coming to the USA! This is a great opportunity for a couple or a set of roommates to live in an awesome West Asheville house completely rent free. We even cover all utilities, maintenance and lawn service! If you've never heard of Reallifecam, go ahead and hit up Google. Previously the households have only been in Europe, but we are planning to add six houses in the US over the next year, starting in Asheville. 

Here's how it all works: Reallifecam's US affiliate owns the home and outfits every room (yes, every room) with IP cameras. Our subscribers around the world go to our web page and watch your normal daily activities. We ask very little from the tenants; only that they do not shut the internet off, do not cover/block a camera and give us 24 hours notice before a person under the age of 18 comes to the house. That's all we ask. There will be audio in all rooms except the bathrooms. We do everything we can to protect your identity. The Asheville house will be listed under fictitious names and only that it is in the Eastern time zone. The cameras will not have the resolution necessary for curious viewers to read work name tags, mail, etc. We have never had a stalking issue in any of our households. 

So why start with Asheville? Well, I have been put in charge of the US based houses so I get to pick the places. I went to college in South Carolina and used to come to Asheville on the weekends. It is one of my favorite places and I wanted an excuse to come here and buy a house with someone else's money. Oh, did I find a great house. 

The house is a rare find in Asheville. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath Craftsman style 1600 square foot home in West Asheville about a five minute walk from Biscuithead. There is a two car driveway and plenty of street parking for guests. We closed on the house last month and are currently updating it with completely new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances and of course, cameras. Two bedrooms are en suite and the third bedroom shares the 3/4 hall bath. The front yard is small, but the back yard is huge and would be great for a dog, a garden or a huge party patio. If you do not have sufficient furniture we can rent the missing pieces for you. It will ready for move in by 9/1. 

We will be taking applications until 8/14. There is no particular profile of resident we are seeking. That being said, most of our current and past households have been couples or roommates in their 20's. If you are interested, please email me a little bit about yourself along with links to your social media profiles and the social media profiles of anyone else who would be in the house. We will run a background check on finalists and will not be able to accept tenants with any serious felonies or history of violence.

I know this is going to upset the Leora loyalists who don’t feel she can do anything wrong, even after she disappears from her apartment 80% of the time. The truth is that when Leora is home she sends a message that she would rather be somewhere else and doing something more interesting, which is why she is constantly playing with her phone. What Leora has forgotten is that it is the subscribers, not RLC, that have provided her the great quality of life that she has become accustomed to (ie.modern apartment, food, new clothes and weekly hair and spa treatments), without out actually doing a real job, aside from getting naked every once in a while to make her fans happy, which now seems like it’s become a chore. Starting back in February/ March I moved into a Premium Membership because I actually believed that things were going to progress physically between her and Malia. Or at least that was the story she was promoting and building up to keep viewers sticking around and maying $45 month after month. ………Massages to Caresses (in bed) to Mutual Bating to Nothingness? It really felt like a ‘Bait and Switch’ technique was used at the subscribers expense. When I realized the scam I finally took action and cancelled at the end of July. After periodically viewing the (blurred out) 24hr Replay Cams, I was able to see I made the correct choice, since their apartment has continued to stagnate. The only thing now that would bring me back if things begin finally to ‘heat-up’ physically and sexually between Leora and Malia, or if Malia leaves and is replaced by another girl or new bf who are more exciting and willing to experiment openly and sexually.

I agree. Once you begin censoring the participants here it will only result in members leaving and seeking another forum where people can speak their minds freely. It’s like a business having a Comment Box for feedback that throws away all the ones that aren’t complimentary.

True. I noticed as well a few weeks ago I was  able to get a live stream on my phone without Flash which was fantastic...then it no longer worked after a couple days. Adobe flash will not be supported after 12/31 so at some point they need to make the transition relatively soon.

I have a slightly different perspective on the RLC subscription being similar to subscribing to a cable TV service. Of course your subscription may provide you 100’s of channels to watch, however most people have just a handful they they actually tune into on a regular basis. Most likely you will have a favorite channel which you will watch daily. Leora and Malia’s apartment is that favorite channel (room). If your favorite cable channel activity is off air or lacking quality programming 50% of the time there is a natural tendency to feel taken advantage of and begin to reevaluate whether the monthly subscription rate is worth it.

Ah yes., laying in bed, having a snack between them and some platonic caressing till Leora decides for them to go their separate rooms so she can play with her phone alone for another 2 - 3 till she falls asleep. Their apartment went from the most interesting on RLC because of the physical relationship developing into something captivating and tantalizing to the most lackluster and mundane.

Don’t you think by now the guy she is dating is wondering why she has never invited him over to her place to visit or just grab a bite to eat or have a cup of coffee or tea with her roommate Malia. Either she wants to keep it hidden from him what she does to pay her bills or she has told him and he’s decided he doesn’t want that type of exposure. Either one will result in Leora departure from RLC in the very near future if the relationship with her mystery guy is authentic.

Same here. When I use to watch Leora solo masterbating in her old apartment it was exciting with some periodic sex with Paul. A lot changes take place to a woman with their metabolism once they turn 30yr. Burning off all those empty calories takes twice as long. I imagine she has to realize how more difficult it is to squeeze into  her jeans. Either that or she has started to replace her wardrobe to accommodates her enhanced figure.

Isn’t it about time some flowers 💐 or chocolates 🍫 are delivered to her so Leora can proudly display them on her nightstand. The new guy she is seeing is a shrewd one. He knows that the weekend is coming up so a small $25-30 investment is quite a bargain for the return on his investment, which he’ll be receiving back at his place when Leora slips into her sheer nightie or perhaps staying au’ naturelle. 😉

But, because of what was mentioned earlier, they may not expect it as much, if at all from her.

What’s tomorrow? Based on their normal routine it will be Laundry 🧺 and chore day. Therefore, I will most likely be doing something more productive myself.

It has become evident to many that a certain tenant has slowly pushed the envelope slightly further and further over the past 4 months on how much one can be M.I.A. and still be able to stay on the payroll. The only thing that has allowed this routine absence to continue is that she has a stand-in substitute to hold her spot and keep enough cams tuning into her apartment during her weekly 2 day disappearance. I’m quite sure if she was living alone, like Marsha, there is little chance it would have been allowed to go on as long as it has due to subscriber complaints or loss of cam viewership.

I agree. To become more of a draw Malia needs to just open herself up and become more experimental sexually. Good question. That was the only thing that persuaded me to become a subscriber and eventually a Premium subscriber since it appeared there was a physical progression in their relationship, scripted or not. I could see something more was happening between them in the blurred out Replay Previews and decided to invest in the $45/mo.. Unfortunately, when things cooled off and things stalled it was the same reason I cancelled my subscription.
