    The same thought occurs to me. She doesn't seem quite physically strong to me; perhaps she's experienced trauma and is indeed under treatment. But perhaps it's 'just' a strong sense of insecurity and introversion, and the pills are just a normal painkiller and contraceptive. We don't know and can't judge!
