    If what some say is true, they are resetting the server: B4 is constantly crashing due to problems with its server (I'm not an expert so maybe I used the wrong terms)

Conclusion: the apartments are increasing, the subscribers from the United States are many and are privileged to the detriment of others, the subscription increases, but they do not invest in the servers... In France apparently there are a high number of subscribers and they are served with a server that is located right there.

    No, unfortunately in Italy it is not like this: I watch live football matches and streaming movies in high definition and everything is very good. I even watched football matches at the same time with RLC: the matches were seen very well and RLC continued to freeze. In the morning everything works well, but in the afternoon everything slows down, even the replay continues to freeze continuously in the evening and at night. It is a problem that I only encounter with RLC. It is as if RLC favored streaming in the countries where they have more subscribers.

    This is one of the 2 reasons why I did not renew my subscription: 1) they have obscured the previews without allowing me to see what RLC offers 2) with the high cost of the subscription the streaming service is really poor: in the evening in the main apartments the flow continues to block and the replay only works for a couple of hours in the morning: the apartments increase but the servers are slow and the prices increase. Since Xlife was added things have gotten worse!

    This is the letter I am about to send to RLC support. Dear RLC, How do you expect me to sign up again if I can't see what you're offering? Currently there are only 2 free cams in Barcelona (both in the kitchen of B4) and 2 free cams in the other apartments. All 4 with completely empty rooms. How can I see what you offer me if all the other cams are completely obscured and I can't even see the slightly obscured previews as it was until some time ago? How can I understand what you offer if the replay previews are so grainy that I can't distinguish a human being from a coat rack? Dear RLC, how can I renew my subscription if you can't support the user traffic in the evening and at night? How is it possible that starting in the afternoon the cams struggle to load or the streaming is continuously interrupted and the "Motion detection" no longer works? How is it possible, considering how much the Premium subscription costs, that I can only watch the Replay correctly for 2/3 hours in the morning and then in the other hours it continues to block every 5 seconds and sometimes for 15/20 consecutive seconds? How is it possible that you apply these prices with the server problems that you continue to have? And please do not reply to me insinuating that the problems are with my line because I can watch streaming films and football matches in High Definition on other sites that cost much less than you!     ... but I am grateful to ddhm for his very comprehensive answer: he answered my curiosity even if he could have answered me with a simple: "yes, both". I am always reluctant to ask questions about what is happening as I don't want to seem like a "mutual friend" of ours on the forum who claims not to be a subscriber but continues to criticize RLC, the girls and the forum users; but then he always asks other users for details of events.
