It does not seem like any of the participants of this apartment are in the mood for a party.

On the subject of Martina’s behavior, the last few weeks, one speculation might be that she is making a very big move in her life. Tons of people saying how much they are going to miss her. Who's going to miss her most... RLC undoubtedly. They are making a great deal of money off of her. Her apartment is easily one of the top couple's apartments. I, for one, will not be renewing my subscription, once her name is gone. Like any entertainment company, you want to keep your top talent. Martina must be getting all kinds of offers from RLC to stay. Kind of explains her recent meeting with Bog and Nelly, and their helping her move. That kind of pressure can really mess a person up. Choosing between a normal life and love or an offer that you will never see again financially.

Imagine if the current roles were reversed for the last few weeks, the history remains the same but just the last month was in reverse. Instead of Alberto and Juliet remaining in the apartment, Martina and her lover were to take over the apartment, and Alberto was moving out and leaving RLC. He already had his own place and was taking his own sweet time moving out. He keeps coming back to shower and change and eat. Takes the main bed and leaves Martina to sleep on the couch with her new lover. Getting into arguments with Martina and then breaking down in tears in front of her lover. People on this forum would be losing their collective shit. It's amazing how much shit Martina gets away with, just because she is hot as hell in most people's opinion.

Again, I find it very interesting how one translator can transcribe conversations in the apartment, that pertain to actions and activities outside of the apartment, but another translator’s posts are deleted for doing the exact same thing. The only conclusion is that the other translator’s posts are bunk, therefor allowed to stand undeleted. Good to know.

I would call it more of a train-wreck than drama. What have we learned in the last two months, since talk of this apartment ending surfaced? Martina and Alberto were never really a couple. If Alberto was really in love with Martina, he certainly moved on easily enough. Found a new flame, sex marathons that he never had with Martina. Active and going out almost nightly. A completely different individual than the last 7 years. Martina having multiple lesbian partners, but not the slightest male flirtation. I’ve not seen one comment about Martina being in love with Alberto, why? Because she clearly prefers women to men. The only emotion (tears shed) shown the last two months has been over money, indicating a business agreement more than a couple. Both Martina and Alberto are financial idiots. 7 years on RLC and both are essentially broke. Imagine if you did not have any housing expenses for 7 years, how much money would you have saved? If someone was covering your housing costs and giving you a decent monthly salary, for doing nothing other than occupying the suite, how much money could you sock away. Quitting RLC with no monetary backstop is absolutely stupid, its not like either one of these two have a career to fall back on. Both appear to have expenses that are going to be hard to cover without the benefit RLC. Did Martina get a full pull scholarship for university, no. Does her mother no longer need her financial support? Who kills the golden goose when they are in this situation. My prediction, no mater what happens at the end of the month, is that we see Martina back on RLC in some shape or form within a year tops. All I can say is good luck to the gardener and the tour guide.

This is very frustrating in an effort to understand the underlying issues and events of this relationship! I find it very interesting that berty_47’s posts keep getting deleted. Both joined within a month of each other in 2018. Both have never posted, and both have recent profile visitors blocked. Both last visited one year after joining and never again. There are two other variations of Deepdave as members. There are a lot of daves, but these two members are the only handles with a 4 letter name preceding “dave”, all one word. Both joined within 11 days of each other in 2016. Both have never posted and both have recent profile visitors blocked. Both never visited again after the day they joined. I leave you to draw your own conclusions. What I do know is two things ; RLC certainly runs some handles on this board, they would be crazy not to. There is a deep back channel on this board, that likes to control the narrative.

What emotions and feelings, this "couple" never displayed any real passion, most people didn't even notice the "break up" other than a lot less sex. Even now with their days coming to an end, there is no emotion, no passion, nothing. The most I ever saw was sexual affection, even in the early days. You want to see emotion and feelings, go back and watch Kitty and Smith, you can't fake that kind emotion, as far as I am concerned one of the few real couples on RLC.

The last few weeks pretty well confirm that these two were never a real couple. Alberto’s sexcapades though entertaining, are not how a long term loving couple end their relationship. There is no way that long term lovers would act the way these two have the last few weeks. You might want your Ex to move on, but not in the bed you have to sleep in the next night, not on the couch that you have to sleep on the next night. You certainly would not want that played out in front of thousands of viewers. Other than fucking, these two have always looked like nothing other than FWB. They rarely went on vacation together, they did not socialize together often, they did not act like couple ever, really. The only evidence that they were couple came from the translators. I believe the translators, were reporting what they heard, but we only hear what the participants want us to hear. They know when they are being heard, and can portray any narrative they want. One excuse that a certain promoter constantly brought up was that Alberto is a simple homebody and not very social. Well the last few weeks have dispelled that myth. What I see the last few weeks is an effort by both to change the narrative that Alberto was a cuckold, dud, who foolishly messed up a relationship with Martina. If this apartment is coming to an end, I think nether wanted the world to see Alberto as a loser, for all time. They totally changed that perception in the last few weeks, but in doing so exposed the sham of their “devoted loving couple” relationship.

Martina has been treating the apartment like a crash pad for a while now. Hardly ever there, just to change clothes, shower, grab a bite, maybe sleep it off a little. Could care less about how she treats Alberto, he made his own boat, but the poor dog. Martina treats that dog like an fashion accessory. Looked to me like Alberto pushed her to take ‘her” dog with her last night, instead of leaving him alone in the apartment all morning and day, again. The other day she was actually playing with him a little on the couch and he nipped her lip or chin, and she slapped him right off the couch, and he hid under the table until she left. Taco would be better off with Alberto imho.
