    I'm hoping there will be a good send off for Ariana . She's been good with the other Barca girls, being a soundboard for their woes, and problems. Pam particularly will miss her as a friend, and maybe Radi too . I was a bit tied up with our England victory last night but did see Ari ceremoniously hand over her excercise stick. Funny and I think sums up the kind of person Ari is - thoughtful, kind and has character. I await her final departure.😟

    Pams diet is a bit extreme! One day its salady things and very healthy, next its a big mac, fries and coke. Not saying Radis tomatoes yoghurt and oranges is ideal but look at their physiques !! ....and then Radi does exercise a lot, which Pam doesn't unless its bouncing up and down on Jordis dick 😳

    I'm there as well - got the main bbc broadcast which is 3 mins ahead of tthe rlc stream with M&A on the laptop -- so Spain score, Martina off her seat clapping, Taco goes wild (maybe) alberto is out getting a takeawy so misses the goal. But such emotions only sport can bring, brilliant!! Now for extra time...🤪

    thank you I thought it must be wrong, they've been sweating like fury - Nana in B4 and Radi doing her excercises especially and why she went to the LR. But Radi did look terrific with that sweat glistening !!
