Hmm... hate to say it but it might be time to give them another $30...

Depending on the bank that issues your credit card, they may give you an option to create what's called a temporary card number that can be used for only a certain period of time and/or up to a certain dollar amount. It's tied to you real card number so everything shows up on the same statement. In my case I created a temporary number with an expiration of 3/13 and a credit limit of $30. That meant that if RLC tried to renew the account on that temporary card it would come back as declined.

I used a temporary card number for my subscription. That way I wouldn't have to worry about trying to get someone to cancel my subscription and then magically billing my card for 3-4 months afterwards. Worked like a charm. I might start a new subscription if and when new tenants are added. For now I'm content just reading the forum here.

Well, considering that for them to be African-American, they'd have to be in the U.S., you're probably correct. Everywhere else in the world they're just referred to as black.

It's not that addictive. I let my subscription expire over a week ago. And I've only clicked on the site twice since then, for about 5 minutes each time, and only because I wanted to see if any new couples were on the site.

Wouldn't surprise me, and honestly, would be no loss. I'm sure they could find a new tenant fairly quickly.

I'd buy the mismatched time zone in the +8 areas if it weren't for the fact that you can clearly see the sunrise and sunset coincide with the proper times. Also, as for a week or two delay, if you will remember, Lina had a bedroom full of heart-shaped balloons on Feb 14th. Lora's balloons arrived a few days later, on the day that Max returned from his trip. On top of that, I remember as a child having Christmas decorations up well into January. Taking them down by New Year is more of a recent development here in the states.

Now, I wonder just what the hell that was all about? I'm going to speculate and say that it was an internet issue. They knew the technician was coming so they covered the living room camera. Then the internet was taken down for maintenance, which caused all cameras to go offline and they were automatically removed from the site. Now, internet is back up and cameras are back on the site.

I've got 5 days left on a subscription with a temporary card. If nothing wonderful happens in the next 5 days, they won't be getting another temporary card...

I can only think of a couple reasons: 1) RLC staff were coming into the apartment 2) A landlord or anyone else who would give away their location or know about the cams and are prohibited from being displayed on cam were coming into the apartment 3) Kids were coming into the apartment But, with the picture of the person in the bedroom shortly before them being turned off, none of it really makes any sense.

Maybe they're finally getting that internet service call that was mentioned a week or so ago? ??? It's possible that the cams are removed automatically when internet service is lost. So if the plug is pulled temporarily, then their apartment could be automatically removed. Of course I'm just throwing out speculations in hopes that this isn't permanent, but again, I realize it's highly unlikely.

I saw her on the phone as well. She was in the kitchen at one point while on the phone and that's when she snapped at Kiko, twice. Unfortunately, I don't speak spanish so I have no clue what she was saying.
