    The Um is because of the helpers, not Bogdan. He was last week swapping the shower heads at E&Z and no UM for that. Also, when he arrived there, he buzzed so that Zab could open the door to the building, so it is safe to say that N&B aren't living upstairs. On the day of the blackout, Zab told Dipshit about what happened and some interactions with the neighbors, from what she told it seems that all neighbors are Spaniards.

    From what I could understand, Tim only complained about noise, something about food (I guess Buki's girls cooked Tim's food.) and something about borders and respect. Tim made clear that he doesn't share his woman. But nothing that suggests that Buki can't bring guests.
