    First the apartment went UM, then RLC deleted the footage of Nancy's meltdown. It came back online on the day that they were scheduled to return from the vacation, and went UM again when they extended the vacation. Even if they are having an issue with their ISP, it isn't a server issue and isn't affecting the other apartments in the same building and that It seems that they are even on the same floor. My whole point is that, the apartments don't have a server room, might not even have a PC to manage all the cams.
