    To me it seems that the apartment already had all those furnitures. And yes, is very strange that the girl with BF sleeps with him on the couch instead on the bed. Maybe Vlad is too big to sleep on the couch.

    The only tenant, that I know, that was kicked by RLC for doing nothing was Bella. She never took a shower and changed clothes hiding in the bathroom and she refused to do all that in the open.
