I kinda understand this part of the contract. RLC contracts the couple to be a couple in the project. But it seems to be a wrong way to do it. RLC should hire both separately and if they break up they come to an agreement to decide who stay in the project and who leaves. If there isn't any room available. Maybe this works best for B5's tenants. IDK.

That's how DDHM wish that Elli behaves, but that's not how she presents her self on camera. When she broke up with Vencel she had one or two guys over. Then a month or two after the break up she met Sayn, and they are together for about a year or more now.
