    Even though I'm not a fan of the B1 latinas, I get where they're coming from. People who can't keep up basic hygiene when living with others are just lazy and selfish. Tanya isn't a victim, she was just unlucky to run into someone who confronted her the way Jen did

    Yep, that was her. On the first day, she stayed for a few hours, went out to buy those basic stuff, came back, then left again and only showed up days later

    You're tripping. No tenant was brought in to clean that apartment, the actual cleaner handled it on camera. The only room that couldn't get done was Savaira's because she was still there. When Jen made her first appearance people started theorizing she was there to finish the job since she didn't show up with any luggage, which was very obviously already debunked

    I bet they're relocating her to B2. It's a shame because it shows they don't have any replacements for the downtown apartments, and we'll still have to put up with these girls until they decide to leave on their own terms, especially Zoe

    Was about to say that... Eris would just be another Neytiri, she might bring a bit of life to the villa, but she'd spend most of her time off-camera. All the complaints about dead weekends at B4 wouldn't change at all

    Not a wish, just a prediction. If it were up to me, B4 would be cleared out and filled with new girls. None of the current residents, for different reasons, are really worth it

    My bet's on her too. Especially since someone said Neytiri mentioned her stay wouldn't be long, so I'm assuming she's leaving soon. But I'm not ruling out a surprise, like Dominga getting the penthouse. I remember a few years ago, Taylor, who had only been there a month, still got the penthouse instead of Kristy, who had been there for almost a year

    The penthouse doesn't really have that prestige anymore, mostly because the villa itself lost it. The only real perk used to be the fun parties and gathering, and those barely happen these days. The place is dirty and boring because everyone just stays in their own bubble, so it can be very isolating too, plus it's far from the city. I don't see anyone dying to be placed there, especially the RLC 'princesses'

    It's funny how time tricks us into remembering the past as nicer than it really was. From what I recall of Sara and Karma, the only session worth watching was the first one, mostly for the surprise. But the rest of their short time together was shit... they had zero chemistry, Sara so drugged out all the time there was no pleasure in it for her, and it was so obvious. Her encounters with the black girl were much better

    Every time I look at Dominga I can't help but think her breath must smell awful. Dental veneers, especially ones that look that cheap and disproportionate, are a terrible choice. Thankfully it's not as common as lip fillers… yet

    Regarding Lavika, the most we can realistically hope for is that she finds a steady hookup and that the guy is willing to be shown on camera. I don't expect even 1% of what her previous stay was like. I agree with what someone wrote, she's in her 30s now, more mature, her priorities are different. She's a manager at some establishment and works all day, almost every day of the week. She no longer fits what the GOV context is supposed to be

    That stopped being a reality a long time ago. They don't treat summer any differently from any other time of year. There's no tenant strategy, their only priority is filling rooms with anyone who's available... and even at that, they're painfully lazy, which is exactly why the average stay is almost a year now. They milk it until the very last drop since putting effort into finding new girls is clearly too much for them
