    All residents in B2, B4, B5, and B7 need to be replaced immediately. This is a complete disgrace. The end of the RLC is very near; they need to intervene urgently. For a few months now, we've been watching residents chatting with each other, watching TV, and sleeping soundly at night. It's completely against the nature of the RLC.
