He is a friend of the girls and you're probably going to see him again in the future. I don't think you can judge a person by one drunkin night. I'm sure he's probably an OK person. Just not fun to be around if he's drunk if you're a female. His first appearance was before Malia came to stay. Leora and him had been at a concert together. He never attempted to do anything then nor this time because he was not drunk.

He uses the girls for a place to stay when he travels instead of hostel he will be gone sometime tommorow or today how ever you want to look at it.

It's OK he's aloud to not be happy with the girls. He has his reasons although he's I'm not totally sure what he expects to see.
