To be honest; I have sent two requests to RLC about her, as well as two to Xlife to ask about the RLC bonus package, since I haven't gotten swap more than once (have annual membership), sent it to RLC support as well. Haven't gotten a response to any of the requests. Usually they at least give a response. Don't know what they do these days...
