    I think it's good, They have a large social network of friends, who often came to visit and many of them fucked when they spent the night. So it will provide more activity than many of the other apartments

    I was a little quick here, Carla and Yanai lived there and had to move out (due to noise) Then Luna and Zac took over (he was a friend of Bruno and had this hungry niece)

    Yes, They were in the apartment where they were thrown out due to noise. (He is a friend of Bruno and had a cousin who climbed over to the neighbors to steal food)

    No This is a regular couple's apartment So we can hope they stay there for a long time, without the neighbors complaining about noise.
