Food for thought for the younger d*generation: A young woman was about to finish her first year of college. Like so many others her age, she considered herself to be very liberal, and among other liberal ideals, was very much in favor of higher taxes to support more government programs, in other words redistribution of wealth. The self-professed objectivity proclaimed by her professors had to be the truth and she indicated so to her father. He responded by asking how she was doing in school. Taken aback, she answered rather haughtily that she had a 4.0 GPA, and let him know that it was tough to maintain, insisting that she was taking a very difficult course load and was constantly studying, which left her no time to go out and party like other people she knew. She didn't even have time for a boyfriend, and didn't really have many college friends because she spent all her time studying. Her father listened and then asked, "How is your friend Audrey doing?" She replied, "Audrey is barely getting by. All she takes are easy classes, she never studies and she barely has a 2.0 GPA. She is so popular on campus; college for her is a blast. She's always invited to all the parties and lots of times she doesn't even show up for classes because she's too hung over." Her father asked his daughter, "Why don't you go to the Dean's office and ask him to deduct 1.0 off your GPA and give it to your friend who only has a 2.0. That way you will both have a 3.0 GPA and certainly that would be a fair and equal distribution of GPA." The daughter, visibly shocked by her father's suggestion, angrily fired back, "That's a crazy idea, how would that be fair! I've worked really hard for my grades! I've invested a lot of time, and a lot of hard work! Audrey has done next to nothing toward her degree. She played while I worked my tail off!" The father slowly smiled, winked and said gently, "Welcome to the conservative side of the fence." If you ever wondered what side of the fence you sit on, this is a great test! If a conservative doesn't like guns, he doesn't buy one. If a liberal doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed. If a conservative is a vegetarian, he doesn't eat meat. If a liberal is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone. If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation. A liberal wonders who is going to take care of him.. If a conservative doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels. Liberals demand that those they don't like be shut down. If a conservative is a non-believer, he doesn't go to church. A liberal non-believer wants any mention of God and Jesus silenced. If a conservative decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it.. A liberal demands that the rest of us pay for his.

Well if Kassnadra is the only reason you are a member of RLC I would have left after a month.... She has never been a part of the RLC project, just using it for what RLC provides to her.... Like so many other tenants these days. RLC wonders why thier subscription's are so far down.... OMG what a let down !!!! I rejoined RLC for a 30 day Subscription just because you all in the forum led me to believe that the friend couple would be staying there while Elli and Vencel were on the trip they had packed for.... Where are they ??? The place has been empty since Elli and Vencel left for thier trip. Of course as always the RLC guy is either drunk on Vodka, or has fallen into a 3 day sleep because they have not even put the airplane up saying when to expect thier return. I am so disappointed as I think the friend is hot as hell, well another wasted 45 bucks !!!! They should give that couple an apartment and that in itself would bring in new subs. Just thought of seeing her in all her beautiful glory got me to re=subscribe... That should tell the fools that run RLC something you would think.

I really have always liked ESMI a lot.... A LOT, she will always be one of favs and in my top 10 all time in 11 years of being a member of RLC. She has chosen to bail from the project. That happens from time to time. I hope she decides to come back to us, but Thinga, I think she is ready to move on with her life and chock this whole experience up to her memories. I just feel like in her mind she believes I have tried it and now I am done with it. Honestly I don't blame her, as life is short and we must try to experience all that life has to offer while we have a chance to enjoy it, never have regrets, and never look back because what happens in the past, stays in the past, but we can and do have influence over our futures by the decisions we make.

You could very well be right, the last time I let my sub expire 3 weeks later Nelly and Martina had thier first night to remember, and I pulled out the ole' credit card subed for 6 months. Honestly that whole ordeal was worth the money for the subscription.

I have only the blurry thumbnails to watch and whenever or whatever is free. I continue to hope as I read the forum that this will change and I will once again become full member of my favorite online site, but I have little faith that anything will change soon.

Mathilda gets the concept of the RLC project, Zaba and ESMI are users of the RLC project to get them safety from the war !!! They will give back to the voyeurs who have supported them all this time with RLC.... They could care less about the project or the voyeurs who have given them so much security. I once called them snake oil sisters and that is has proven out to be a fact and the truth. They are users of the voyeurs and space eaters ... Please RLC move fore=ward replace those who abuse thier privileges like ESMI and Zabava. It is long past time for replacements for these two. I agree nothing out of the ordinary anymore in RLC, just the same old mundane BS. No reason for a fly on the wall to pay for RLC when you can see all that for free all over the internet. At one time provided real interesting entertainment that was not easily found on the net. Now it is just boring real life that we all have in our own lives, so why pay good money for what we already have in our own lives, makes no business sense to me at all.
