Vivi in my opinion was a big regret. She never had a chance to prove herself an interesting girl other than a few times she masturbated. No, the concept was just wrong. If before it was already difficult to find new tenants in Europe, because of the covid and the various difficulties bureaucratic that it caused, it is now virtually impossible.
