maybe come winter time and everyone has their windows shut they might be able to have some parties again but i doubt it the neighbors have a zero tolerance now if they hear any thing they bitch now,since when cant people make noise and play music in the day as long as it ends by 10 at night at least thats the law around here,they could be running a jack hammer all day and the neighbors could not say shit but let them play some loud music they will call the cops

going to one wild party so far all the alcohol i have seen was the six pack of beer B2 brought lol

dude the neighbors were bitching about T and E partying during the middle of the day,and you have not noticed there has not been one single party since that night and they used to have at least a couple a month before that and RLC had just lost Zacs apt RLC does not want to lose the villa the same way
