there is a misunderstanding of the terms sexual assault and rape---these are 2 different charges. There were sexual assaults being inflicted in that apartment from day 1--and possibly rape, but separate incidents involving different characters in the apartment.

so what constitutes consent-seems to me that there was no implied consent by the police, so it was deleted maybe in the same senario, there was no consent, given or implied by the girls being assaulted--
