Given the dramatic change in Melissa at Barc1 (maybe just due to being alone), Michelle just might reconsider going back and giving it a try with her--might be more productive and fun

When a person is rejected, ignored, or ridiculed, that person does seem to isolate themselves from the hurtful environment in which they are in, either by leaving or in most cases, just withdrawing into themselves

Since we did not really hear or understand all of the interaction between the 2 of them the first night, we do not really know what is the true relationship between Belle and Michelle. However, I too have noticed that Belle is not really interacting with Michelle since that first night.
