  1. It is caused by mostly leftists (left leaning Democrats in the USA) pushing the progressive Climate change agenda. It is impossible to wean off fossil fuel usage as fast as the left wants to. By causing the reduced production by mandates, edicts, and laws, the cost and price of these fossil fuels increased is to be expected. The increased cost of fossil products and the necessity to use these products in other materials has also seen a price increase.

The title of these forums do not require formulated opinions, however it is nice to see what if anything the poster thinks about the contents of the article to further substantiate their own opinions. Anything pertinent to the topic can be posted --and most likely that which is posted does reflect the opinion of the poster, otherwise they would not post an article that they disagree with.
  7. Again Germany and France are hampering Ukraine's efforts and the majority NATO nations in their resolution to fight Russia for their unprecedented aggression. Cracks Appear in Western Front Against Russia's War in Ukraine WWW.MSN.COM America’s European allies are increasingly split over whether to keep shipping more powerful weapons to Ukraine, which some fear could prolong the conflict and increase its economic fallout.
  8. It does not matter who posts the most---there is no rule that states the person who fills up pages with posts gets to start the next thread. Anyone can fill up pages with crap then claim they have the right to start the next thread. Not saying that is what you do, just an example.

  10. Does Russia think that they can invade another country--destroy it and kill their civilians with all their bombardment and long range artillery and missiles, but the country being invaded cannot retaliate with long range missiles into Russia to stop or destroy supply lines and troops ? Fuck you Putin and all your cronies !!!!!
  11. Now about those 2nd amendment rights in the Consitution. Here is the full text of the Second Amendment: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Well regulated does not mean anyone can own weapons, nor does it mean any type of weapon. Here is an article that discusses these thoughts. 19. From an article from BBC News A school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, involving young children has reignited the national US debate about access to firearms. What does the data tell us about gun culture and its impact? Firearms deaths are a fixture in American life. There were 1.5 million of them between 1968 and 2017 - that's higher than the number of soldiers killed in every US conflict since the American War for Independence in 1775. In 2020 alone, more than 45,000 Americans died at the end of a barrel of a gun, whether by homicide or suicide, more than any other year on record. The figure represents a 25% increase from five years prior, and a 43% increase from 2010. But the issue is a highly political one, pitting gun control advocates against sectors of the population fiercely protective of their constitutionally-enshrined right to bear arms. So traffic deaths of 46,000 stated in your article is not that much more than 45,000 gun deaths (in 2020).
  20. Please give us an example by posting your source
  21. Even your own Governor saw the need for gun control after the mass shooting at Stoneman Douglas High School, Parkland Fla in 2018. But some states still have not acted accordingly--Texas being one of them where this mass shooting occurred. You however, do not seem to know even your own Florida gun laws-or you would have mentioned them when I said that 18-21 year old have no business owning an assault weapons in a previous post. State law[edit] Main article: Florida Senate Bill 7026 In March 2018, the Florida Legislature passed a bill titled the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Act. It raised the minimum age for buying rifles to 21, established waiting periods and background checks, provided a program for the arming of some school employees and hiring of school police, banned bump stocks, and barred some potentially violent or mentally unhealthy people arrested under certain laws from possessing guns. In all, it allocated around $400 million.[7] Rick Scott signed the bill into law on March 9.[8] On the day the Parkland bill was signed into law, the NRA sued, challenging the ban on gun sales to people ages 18 to 21.[250] The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida upheld the constitutionality of the law and dismissed the NRA's suit in June 2021.[251] This law needs to be passed by the Federal Government so that States must comply with this common sense law.
  22. Some do😒 This 18 year old kid shot all those young children and a teacher with not only a handgun, but an AR style assault weapon. There is no damn reason that an 18yr old or anyone else, except law enforcement needs to own assault weapons, IMO. They are not for hunting, they are for killing.
  23. But it isn't all foreigners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know what you wrote---you need to qualify your statements.
  24. That statement makes it sound like foreigners are all socialist, communist citizens. Not true.
  25. But Mark McCloskey and his wife were for brandishing their weapon at the threatening BLM protestors that entered their gated community in Missouri. Of course BLM has not been prosecuted for their wrong doings. McCloskey's were forced to surrender their weapons and pleaded guilty of misdemeanors, eventually being pardoned by Gov Mike Parsons. Mr McCloskey is running for State Senate as a Republican. I hope he wins.
