    If the villas are shut down, it's impossible for them to get better. If the villas are not shut down, they might get better, or not. Now what are the better odds? I don't believe RLC would get cheaper if they closed the villas, so what would be the advantage? If nothing interesting is going on in the villas, I don't watch them (& perhaps I won't resubscribe if the dry spell lasts too long). It's really that simple. I don't yell around like some mad prophet they should be closed.

    Note: this is not only in reply to Frank Harley / Zabba Fatboy, but to all Hawk-haters (or those who know where the hate comes from): Why the hate for Hawk? (not just from you) Not that I'm interested in guys that much, but Hawk always seemed OK to me, & the girls seemed to like him as well. I don't think he ever hurt a fly. Hate for Tim (& now also Bart apparently) I could understand. But why hate Hawk?... PS: If you are one those who hates every guy in the project regardless of who he is or what he does: please don't bother to answer.

    Could be because they weren't on good terms, but also because they continue to live in Barcelona & will see each other again soon (off cam) anyway.

    What happened between Bart & Alessa? I must have missed that. Of the current tenants, I like Alessa the most (looks-wise at least, with Cassie coming in second - she's better with less blown-up lips). I also liked Bart's guest girlfriend, pity she was somewhat shy (but still showed more than tenant Jessi!) and didn't stay long. I was hoping to see her again, hopefully gotten more used to the cams.

As a boomer, you should start watching your blood pressure... PS: how can you be so certain he doesn't pay rent (maybe he's a RLC subscriber paying for the privilege?)? Prove it or be quiet! (your own words; so do what you expect of others!)

    This, perhaps. Not proclaiming this must be the case 100%, like some do on here with their assumptions, but I certainly don't rule out that he might control her money and/or her passport... If that's the case, she should talk to someone from RLC about this, though Tim might have manipulated her into (wrongfully) thinking this would be useless and RLC would side with him as he's an "established" tenant & she is just new, or something along those lines. She has enough confidence to have arguments with him, but apparently not enough (for now) to really stand up to him & leave him.

    That's because he doesn't want Mini interacting with other guys (or even girls: they might be bi/lesbian, remember Tani! 😉), or as little as possible. Because of his possessive jealousy & insecurity, he prefers to isolate & control her in the villa. He seems to succeed in that (for now), but the price he pays for it is her behaving toxic.

And now she's stuck in Spain with exactly such a stupid Pattaya tourist... 😉 I think their relationship is too toxic (and Tim too jealous, insecure & controlling) for their relationship to be a fake 'just for RLC' relationship. If it were, there would be way less drama. So I think it's a 'real' (though very bad & probably/hopefully short) relationship. Unless Tim is even more of a jealous jerk than I thought and acting like his possessive self even in his fake relationships. 😄 Also, it might have become a fake relationship to Mini in the meantime, and perhaps she only holds on because she is somehow dependant on Tim and/or RLC? So it might be 'real' for Tim, and not (anymore) for Mini (thus only increasing the tension), but she can't actually leave for some reason? Financial? Maybe he holds on to her passport?... I don't watch them enough to be sure about that...

    She should leave an emotionally blackmailing (through her mom no less) manipulative gaslighting jealous insecure macho asshole like him as soon as possible, and also: Tim should be kicked from RLC. Emotional abuse is also abuse. It's 2025, girls can wear what they want. Especially in Barcelona. Maybe that's why he went for an Asian girl this time, thinking she would be more submissive. I hope he turns out to be incorrect on that. Mini can stay, as far as I'm concerned. Maybe she should socialize a bit more with the other girls.

    I don't watch 24/7, far from it, and I don't have premium, so no replay. Not willing to pay more than I already do. It's not like my life depends on watching RLC & not missing a second of anything significant. Unlike you, who supposedly "doesn't watch"... 🙄 Also, I'm not really a close follower of Evelyn anyway (she's not my favourite, but that's still no reason for me to call her names). And about those kids: reading the forum, there seems to be controversy over that at least, while you present it as fact. I'd rather say: "unsure", but it doesn't really matter to me either way. About the ex-boyfriend: if what was said is correct (& correctly represented here), that would make him bi, as he's been with at least one girl too. Unless she completely turned him off girls. Not that it's so important anyway.

    Was there an incident between Bart & Evelyn in the kitchen? What happened? Was it talked about on here? (I don't have replay) Edit: or was it just a joke about Bart & Evelyn? As what @corvette08 wrote above seems to indicate that the incident in the kitchen was between Mini & Tim as well?... That said: I'm not too fond of immediately throwing out tenants for this, unless it's really egregious, one of the 2 physically fighting is a lot stronger (usually the guy, I know...), or it happens more often. I haven't seen any of those fights, so can't really comment. In the case of actual abuse (instead of both fighting), only the abuser should be thrown out (hopefully without the abused following him 'voluntarily' to 'save the relationship' & because he's 'not so bad inside').
