All the rest derives from that! 🙂 Personally, I think she's around 19. But indeed hard to tell with some younger girls: sometimes I see a group of teenaged girls and I'm guessing them to be around 18... Then their male classmates show up & I suddenly realize they must be 15 or so!... 😄

    Not trying to control anything. You can say all you want in your emails to RLC as far as I'm concerned. I never bothered emailing them, and I'm not going to start now. And I'm (almost) sure the potential new girl(s) will know about the rats beforehand too, perhaps already. If not: well... Entertainment of another kind, I guess...😄 In any case, they'll survive, just like the current tenants will, who didn't know about the rats at first either.

    Why so modest? If she leaves out the bikini (or any other clothes) from her summoning, it could be easier on her magical powers to summon said cute blondes: less stuff to summon!... And they'd probably shower without, too!😛

    Going by that logic: why would it be any less bad for the current tenants to live there, than for potential new ones?... If, for example, Roxa leaves to make way for drunk fun Blondie, that's one tenant that left a rat-infested villa for one tenant moving into that same villa. So, a zero-sum situation (except that drunk Blondie is more fun than Roxa)! 🙂 If you're really concerned about the people living in B4 & B7, you should wish/demand for both villas to close (at least temporarily)... I don't wish for that, although they should hire some decent extermination company, throw around plenty of laurel herb as someone suggested, and get a new cat that's well taken care of this time, perhaps even two or three. Didn't they hire some exterminators a while ago? Are the rats back, or were they never truly gone?... And this is more a reply to Xarvaz: the (apparently very dangerous) hantavirus is brought on by rats living in the Andes region (South America) specifically. Not saying these rats in the villas can't carry anything nasty, but not the hantavirus (yet). Otherwise there would be no use in quarantaining those cruise passengers, as Europe is already full of rats anyway that can carry diseases, but (at the moment at least) nothing as serious as the hantavirus. Edit: correction: nothing as serious as the Andes variant of the hantavirus. There are other hantaviruses (just like there are other coronaviruses than covid-19).

Too bad she doesn't do the other way round...

    True. I think those attracted to 15 to 19 year olds are called ephebephiles or ephebophiles. Yes, 18 & 19 are included here; a 17 year old looks pretty much like an 18 year old, after all; only difference is 18 & 19 are legal. 16 & 17 too where I live (like much of Europe), but not in the US I think (unless of similar age?). Though they can only do sex work etc.. when 18+. But you're considered old enough to give consent when 16+. Still might get tricky if some parents find out though; they might put pressure on their kid (usually daughter) to claim it wasn't all that consensual after all with that "old guy"... In practice, their sex partners are the same age or not much older.

    I think she looks to be in her early 20s. Which is rather young compared to many (not all) recent RLC tenants, but not "too young". Even 18 is not "too young" for RLC. Since MeToo & especially the Epstein case, it sometimes seems that if you like girls under 22 (while being older yourself), you easily get labeled as some kind of (semi-)pedophile by some...

    It's 18. Though they're rarely under 21 in my experience. Perhaps in the beginning 15 years ago when RLC was new & fresh, so the young girls from back then are at least 33 now... Which is still way younger than some tenants of the last few years... 😄 I think younger girls could give a new kind of much needed energy to RLC, especially in Barcelona... If they don't stare at their phones too much... But 27 year olds do that just as much anyway...

    I missed it too, but that's because I decided I would waste spend less time on the forum (and on RLC too). 😉 But now there seem to be new girls or at least guests, so look who's back! (for a short while) Concerning Zucchini/Squash: He didn't look well as of late, so not really surprised. Still sad though, especially as he seemed somewhat neglected the last year/months of his life... If Karma had been allowed to adopt him, perhaps he would still be alive?... How did he die? Did they keep neglecting him?...
