    Not all cultures tolerate violence against women. In my community, the other men would get together and take care of an abusive male...they would have a friendly talk with him.     The people you call "translators" were actually interpreters. Translators try to tell us what was said. They usually do it with quotations. Interpreters try to tell us what they meant. That's where the the debate comes in. The biggest argument that I ever witnessed on Cam Caps occurred several years ago between two interpreters who reported very different opinions on the issue at hand. All of it could have been avoided if they had only told us what was said rather that try and "interpret" what it meant. But that was too much to ask.

    I think that Kristy was devastated when she first tried to turn her first on-camera relationship with Kamila in a real one and failed. Those who were watching back then may affirm that it seemed to become a romance and transcended acting for RLC viewers. I think that while it seems that Kristy has an attraction to women, that she will never again let herself become so vulnerable as to act on it on camera.     I have been critical of Kristy again because the has continued to fake her relationship with girls since she first started on RLC with Kamila. It was during my review of her body of work that I have reached the conclusion that I have probably been wrong in my criticism.     Thanks for that!! It makes sense if it were true. But Kristy has been disappearing from time to time lately. We in the forum have not really been commenting on that. The last time I noticed she was awol for about 48 hours. Perhaps she was just taking some time off camera? If I didn't know Kristy's history in her last apartment I would not be so skeptical.
