Also as mentioned earlier, I didn't have any interest in that cam. It was thrown to my face when logging in because, I gather, it was the "number one cam". I didn't quite see or gave attention to what happened a couple days ago, but I would have reported then. Reporting RLC for abuse can get them into troubles but also will force them, in the future, if they persist, to not let that kind of crap happen. It's perfect legitimate procedure. I don't have the contact information of that idiot, can't report him. I do have their (RLC) info though, and has the customer, they should not provide a service where I can see a poor lady being intoxicated and raped on cam. The registrar, host.. etc, are facilitating this service, that's usually with them that you report abuse.

There is a lot of noise going on when you bump up the volume and wear headphones but difficult to tell if that's them... or cops... It could just be people walking through the stairs / hallway of the building. I've reported RLC to their hosts for abuse.

I would argue that after this, the admins of CamCaps should consider banning any RLC talks from this space and stop "promoting" (passively maybe, it's still promoting) RLC. This is a complete joke and setting up this apartment to maintenance 30 minutes later is a huge lack of reactivity.

I've sent an email to RLC for them to act ASAP. I've told them, and will proceed to report them to international authorities for this whole crap to be taken down.
