in all due respect, this might be the real problem. the former resident in question was literally just here for well over a year. i really don't see why rlc can't go back to when they first started where they actually sought out new tenants instead of letting the current tenants recommend their friends for the site. to me, that is the biggest problem with rlc now days.

i don't know if he had anything to do with me being put in "cc jail" as he calls it. i had had enough of his constant baiting me and said what i said because of it. it landed me in "cc jail" as he calls it and i served my time. i knew when i said what i said that i would probably end up there because these mods on this forum never look at the big picture anyway. if he continues to try baiting me, looking for a nibble, i will probably end up there again someday. i'm done with him, i'm done with replying to him, and i'm done with the way the mods play favorites on this forum. i will do my best to keep my nose clean going forward but i will not be harassed by him or anyone else for that matter!

if the patio area is the same as when i was a sub, meaning, the patio lounge chairs that divide the backend of the patio from the fruit tree everybody uses for the lemons, a simple solution would be to move those lounge chairs to the far wall as you come out of the patio door and then scoot the table back and centered from the patio lounge chairs that would now be on each of the walls opposite of each other.
