    I don't think Fiora is paying Cecilia for the visits. But I think Cecilia is hoping to get a seat at the RLC table. Personally, I like her occasional visits. If she was full time, I'd hope she would have a variety of guest (possibly Radi).

    "someone important" that's the funniest thing I've read in awhile. RLC probably told Shantai she needed to start involving herself or they would terminate her contract. As of now, all she's done is let Wolfy paw her for a few hours.
