Personally, outside of the weight gain (which is tragic to see from just sitting there and drinking like a college boy), I think the worst about the newer look is the balloon lips and the Gollum hair. You rarely see someone with such natural beauty kick themselves in the teeth with such "improvements". It's a miracle she hasn't messed with the perfect tits yet because next thing you now she's getting a set of bolt-ons to complete the descent.
