    OK, but it is not a reason to unrespect her... She may have good reasons to be sad and yes, she can cry ( we don't know what she read)... It could be family members, friends or something else... We're not here to comment on her sadness. Let's just respect that! And cheer her up INSTEAD!!

    I am a subscriber since 2015 and I must admit that actually, it is in general the WORST group of tenants we're having! There are some exceptions but it is more than disappointing!

    Don't know how old he is but he looks much older than the others... I would give him at least mid 30s, even 40 years old
