  1. Just checking in after reading your comments to Legrand. He's a good guy.

    Hope you're doing OK, too.

This health thing really sucks with people in our age group. So keep healthy and keep posting.

      Twins? That's really neat.

One of my granddaughters was a preemy and she's perfectly superior in every way compared to her classmates. You'd never know. She's taller than her mother or grandmother and never had less than an A in her classes.

My problem is electrical. Not clogging. It's under somewhat control now. A-Fib you just pass out. V-Fib you check out. As they say. Neither one is cozy while one is still conscious.

Thank you, the twins really are great....they are so fun to watch how they relate to each other.   I hope they continue to grow and learn with no problems like the one granddaughter of yours has!   That's great Foamy, I'm sure you're very proud!

Do you have a defibrillator or a pace maker?  They are talking about installing a defib unit in me but are not sure if my heart is strong enough for it.   Time will tell I guess.

No defib for me. I just get A-Fib and tach-out if I don't watch my meds or drink too much.

My brother has had major surgery and bypasses, and he's got the cyborg monitor & defib. It's saved his life a couple times, and his doctors know what the fuck is going on at all times so they can adjust things. If you get so you can handle it, it's probably a good thing.

I really need to start running and exercising more and quit using sciatica as an excuse to be lazy.
