I agree with a lot of what you say, but guys or no guys, it's not going to change a thing. These tenants have certain things that they must do while being a tenant. Guy's usually fuck it all up unless they are seriously committed to one of the girls. If they are just some Tinder date, they are only there to earn the girl extra bonus money and it doesn't make it any more real. -
I've watched RLC enough over the years to know how these people act so don't go questioning me about it. I heard that at one point last night while Martina was asleep on the couch that Gina and I think Taylor were acting like two fucking idiots, getting all close to her and doing uncool shit. Now, if I was told that and it's wrong then please correct me. When people start trying to sleep, it's time to tone it down or go to bed yourself and not stay up making a lot of noise and pissing other people off. They are rude and inconsiderate assholes like I said. Please don't reply as I'm not in the mood to discuss this with you as you are one of those that will always see it a different way!

LMAO...i mentioned the party last night in B4 sounded more like a going away party than another birthday party and I guess I was right simply because I don't believe the tenants only have birthdays when they work for RLC. With that being said, this is the absolute best fucking news to hit this forum in a long long time!!! Why would you want that drunk and her boyfriend moving in? Don't you ever get tired of seeing the same fucking people?

I'm not saying that parties don't happen where things get out of hand...hell, I've been to a few of them in my lifetime, but these parties are done for a purpose and the more they drink and the more they do drugs, it's just to get the slutty girls sluttier!!

Sounds like the guy was a glutton for punishment if you ask me, and yet you still feel somewhat sorry for him. I can promise you that he knew what he was getting into way before he set foot in this apartment. I'm going to have to be honest with you KOK91, I purchased the Premium CC package several years ago and to be quite honest, I personally found it to be disappointing. I didn't find it easy to find anything specific and I found there to be a lot of very grainy videos and pictures. There are other functions that I liked really well, like the PM inbox had no limits like it does for non-premium members. You could see who gave you a "Like" or "Sad Face", none of which you can do as a standard member. I also thought that I would have more functionality with the forum parameters as a premium member, such as but not limited too setting my font size and font type, but that didn't happen and I guess it was just wishful thinking on my part. I do agree with TBG, it only cost $20 to find out if it's for you or not. The price is more than fair for a years subscription, so go ahead and give it a try, you just might like it.

I don't watch RLC anymore so most take my comments as bullshit anyway so thank you for responding. I personally don't believe as managers that they should also be participants. When I used to watch RLC years ago, the only time I would watch their apartment was when they had guest and that was only to see something different than the usual and hoping that one of the female guests would show something or take a shower. I've never really cared for either of them and I think Bogdan is one of those guy's that thinks his shit don't stink and that to me is a huge turnoff. Nelly on the other hand is not pretty and she's way to skinny for my tastes. Plus Nelly has a deeper voice than most of the men I know which is also a huge turnoff for me. Bogdan might be the best manager of all time in your eyes but as a manager he has no business living in any establishment that has more than one girl, and that girl being his wife. The bottom line is...either be participants in your own place or be managers sight unseen!!
