    Happy tenants are fun tenants. Yeah, I put myself in their shoes, I would be out all the time. There is not much to do at the villas, besides the pool and the gym, much like a hotel. Also RLC knows they need lots of apartments for this reason. When one cools off another one will heat up, just like slot machines and fishing holes. That’s why I don’t see how XLife can be successful, among other reasons.

    👍 Absolutely. The best tenants are those slowly reveal themselves, their friends, their sexy clothes, their possible partner. It’s a dance. Girls that do everything the first day burn out fast.

    I just saw Squash by the pool. Yes, this cat is slowly starving here. It needs food and obviously a different home. I don't understand why a house full of girls don't see this. Do they have pet cats in the Ukraine? I think someone here heard Bog say Squash is there to get mice. Well by the looks of his ribs, THERE ARE NO FUCKING MICE THERE. 🤬
