    Possibly a little part of the problem with RLC in Barcelona is the all the tenants are established with friends and activities and jobs and routines. Even the Ukrainians seem very established now. I say this partly in jest, but RLC should be grabbing lonely women straight off the bus from Ukraine who have no connections in Barcelona yet. That might help with, keeping them at home, building camaraderie's and new relationships with the other tenants all while we could watch it evolve in the apartments.

Anything is possible at this point but with Lav and Zoe out so much it may be slow going but I am patient.     Even in the interview ask, do you spend much time at home or do you tend to be gone a lot? It’s what interviews are for. This is what we expect but if that’s not you, say so now. Also if folks are sharing time with there real homes, that should be a deal breaker. You are being paid to live AT the villas not at home. being gone for a couple days is fine but not living in your other place. That is not unreasonable. Thats one of the problems is the Lats have too many built in friends and places to hang out if they already live in Barcelona.
