Yes the cameras in tula are new

Is there any body that had the black page problem before the new cameras were installed, thi is when my problem started

On the synup page, under free it says no support

I have sent repeted emails to vv and support, no reply

I don't have a picture for most of day, after every thing is all done

I am free, no picture

I all so am having the same problem, have had the buffering problem for 4 days know, the worst problem is if you not a member, your not aloud to use the help desk, this sucks.
