No, they are sisters, same family name by the way. But she is the young sister Katia used to take care of when they were kids, so she is very affectionnate, hence the desire of the young one to grow up and get away with the kissing. Since the last time she came in the apartment, the sister changed her outlook : she put lenses instead of glasses and colored her hair. Katia also grew more confident and she is the only one here that Kami never complains about, even when she is making more mess then Kristy. Those two girls are coming from the same hometown as Kami and may be family related (I don't know that, but Kami talking to her mother about them uses their family name, so at least the mother know them very well too).
