The Supreme Court is not deciding education policy with this case. The Supreme Court is deciding whether or not the President of the United States has the legal authority to unilaterally forgive a contracted debt. If the Supreme Court approves this policy then the doors are open for the president to forgive whatever debts he feels like forgiving.

Vietnam trauma? I spent 1 year and 4 days in Vietnam as a counter rocket and mortar radar operator. I killed no one and committed no crimes. I have no nightmares about Vietnam. The only reason the Vietnam War was lost is because the South Vietnamese had no government to believe in and because American politicians would not allow the American military to fight the war the way it should have been fought. North Vietnam set up military supply bases in Laos and Cambodia and American politicians would not allow the U.S. military to attack those supply bases and the North Vietnamese soldiers located in those countries.

When Democrat prosecutors refuse to prosecute criminals there is no longer a "rule of law." Democrats are defunding the police in the U.S. and not putting violent criminals in prison, so American citizens are forced to protect themselves.
