    Martina proved part of my theory I guess ( hanging out with girls of her age 😎 ) 😂🤣 That’s more than normal , almost 4 years in Barcelona and didn’t actually have any close friends , I don’t say that they will be besties of course ( after all , most of them have expiration date contracts and they live in a different country ) but I think she feels like it is good for her to spend time with them , discuss problems of their age , men , fashion and whatever they might find interesting ☺️

    And that’s why I enjoy our chats , same or different opinions , we always make it civilized and with respect 😉😇 At the end , maybe we are also “ helping “ in a way the tenants ( if they are reading here from time to time ) of what the viewers think and without of course suggesting that they should do as we say , maybe their thoughts are getting affected reading the variety of opinions posted here . Don’t forget also that we are ( you and me ) close to age - you around 40 if I am correct , I am 43 - and we can perhaps solve our opinions variation and difference in great ways by chatting and posting our thoughts 😎😇

    I think Martina enjoys currently this new thing in her life , she found reasons to be more active and socialize more , they both seemed to be isolated in their apartment and this turn of meeting others and just hang out , I personally love it . I prefer this growing up Martina and wondering about life and relations than living like this routine daily life of her talking with Alberto , the dogs , having the daily sex and in general a routine couples life suggesting that they are in the mid 50s and married for 30+ years and not a couple of nine years as it has been mentioned . All in all , I want to say that it is obvious for me that Martina wants to discover , experiment , be adventurous and crazy and just be a girl of 24 years old and LIVE , something I believe she realized the last months and her “ eyes just opened “ let’s say by mixing with the Russians , hanging out with girls of more or less the same age like her , watching them being free with their lives and not stuck in a daily basis routine . I don’t say she doesn’t love Alberto , she does and she admires him and she enjoys each and every moment she shares with him , but she wants more . She is happy but she wants and she knows she can be happier . In my opinion , Alberto has understood this and that’s why I have so much respect of the guy , he feels the needs of his GF and he gives her the freedom without questioning or being worried . I think deeply inside him , he knows that maybe this can’t last forever , it is Martina’s first relation and big love as we learned , it would be a miracle that she doesn’t explore other sexual paths , men and crazy experiences . This doesn’t mean she will stop loving Alberto , in fact I believe in the depth of time , no one will replace him in her heart , but maybe she makes a “ life tour “ and live for a period and perhaps returns back to him at an older age if he is also available of course and he wants , but he is wise enough I think to know that whatever Martina now is wishing , isn’t normal for her age and the needs to discover life . That’s the analysis I have for both of them , their love is genuine and real and my experience tells me that these two people no matter what , will always be there for one another not matter what happens . And this is the biggest gift they can get in this life and how the world is nowadays .

    In general , this is the worst apartment regarding the technical staff and I was more than surprised when they were offered to move to the one of Z&L currently , they didn’t want to change . This is an apartment that they should put UM for a week or so and make the arrangements , it is a pity one of the most watchable places and the popularity that Martina enjoys the last 2-3 months , that we all subscribers can’t enjoy whatever happens in their place . I also believe that viewership is also being affected of how “ easy “ an apartment can be watched for a long time , the lighting , camera positioning and the general feeling that this is an old apartment on shy helping as well . For example , look at L&M place , it is an almost nothing happening place or let’s say to be fair not so different of things to watch ( so I don’t insult the L&M fans ) but they have the newest apartment , great camera positions and excellent illumination and helps to watch easily whenever someone tunes in . Let’s see what happens since Martina’s popularity has incredibly raised. and also the new dog and Alberto being quite fan of he wishes , plus visitors that will maybe start reappearing as soon as restrictions are lifted , well , it will be a pity not being able to enjoy

    I don’t know if all those people who were sending mails to RLC regarding the behavior of the FG have been so sensitive also now to send mails asking RLC what’s happening with the long UM situation 🧐🤨 😏 But i guess these are the ones who will only be satisfied with the demolish of this site 🥸

    I have said that she has a “ thing “ with her appearance , she needs to be perfect let’s say , not any fat on her body , the muscles need to be toned so as to be seen easily .. that’s why she will always look at the mirror in her room , imagine with the big mirror in the fitness room . As we have said , it is great that she takes care of her body but I don’t know if working for these details it is actually fun or a torture at the end , managing to keep the weight and so many other things .. as someone said , she will easily punish herself if one day she weighs herself and she is instead of 50 kilos , 50 kilos and 100 grams .. she will do a 2 hours session just to lose the extra weight .. this isn’t healthy then anymore 😟😕😟

    It is a good and fair demand but I believe since she is a local , she would prefer staying in the center where B1 is situated and do her things while outside rather than moving to the suburbs of B4 and have difficulties with transportation. Plus , her development is happening in a nice and fair way with Ariana and Serafima in B1 , the girls in the villa are let’s say “ next level “ with the things that are willing to do and they do in front of cameras and I don’t know if she would be ready for it so fast .. but that’s of course my opinion and I think she would put also a disturb / do not disturb notification paper next to the fitness hidden room so as to come out and do her fitness 5-6 times per day 😂🤣😂🤣

    I have done also crazy stuff but whatever personal experiences we have and for sure anything is possible at this crazy RLC world ( I mean , we have two best friends that they decided somehow , someway by laying next to the other that they want to rub eachother’s pussies 😆🥳 ) , we can speculate as much as we want but when words coming out from translators , then they speak louder than anything we might be thinking which actually intrigues our wild imagination 😇

    I haven’t seen the talks between Bogdan and Martina so as to make my own conclusion and Omedo made the translations . I think the whole thing is a big misunderstanding because someone here at the forum that brings toxic atmosphere and makes his own conclusions with the famous ( I am sure / trust me / believe me ) repeating lines , suggested a possible scenario that happened outside of the apartment and then a big discussion started around this and the good friend omedo just shed some light of what was discussed between Martina and Bogdan ( at least this is my conclusion ) .. The mistake I think that we make is that we try to take all of our speculations happening outside the apartment and insert them and combine them with the real things happening in front or our eyes and anyone at the end can make his own conclusions . But what more can I add when everyone is watching the same thing , it is so obvious and there are people who come and try to persuade that what we are all watching it has been fake , not real or whatsoever . Omedo has been first a great poster contributor because he was sharing his opinions , he was making to any of us here a favor translating . You seemed to insist that there was something going on with this guy with a bit more kilos who appeared in Martina’s place several times and was touching her hair and the legs on the lap and I don’t remember what more details and he came out ( Omedo )!plain and clear and he gave info of their background , why he was there when Alberto wasn’t and so much more . Despite of that , many people ( including you ) kept on with the theory that there’s something happening between him and Martina .. how more clear could he say it ? Nevertheless , the theory you and others had , you wanted to preserve it . Careful , I am not saying that you did wrong by not abandoning your theory , it is your absolute right to make your speculation and you shared your opinion at the forum as you felt you want to do . But me , watching and observing the apartment , then reading your theory and at the same time getting informed by Omedo’s translation , I simply choose him to confirm what I believe while watching . It is everyone’s right to believe what your theory suggested . But trying to maintain a theory when a guy with facts coming from the mouth of the people who are involved ( Martina and the guest ) is presenting and denying it in a way , I think it isn’t fair . At the end , anyone can have his own opinion but the worse that someone could do to a translator would be to question his translations , especially being his own native language . And therefore i understand his frustration and decision to quit ( let’s hope he is back soon 😇 )

And time will solve the assumptions we currently make . He ( Bogdan ) is in a “mad house “ with 5 women , one being his GF/wife , two of them ( Megan and Aleksandra ) being constantly horny , another one who is trying to figure out her presence ( holly ) and another one who simply enjoys life the maximum ( Gina ) ... I think he deserves his peace and relaxation ( and of course let the girls work 😆 ) I am sorry , but I would have liked to have my peace and avoid this craziness of the girls , otherwise I would lose my mind listening women talking how big their tits should be , how they can make their asses look better , when and what shoes and clothes will buy and all these that women do when they gather together

Is it important that he is 24/7 next to Nelly and do things together ? Is this the way that couples do , especially when there are no chances for different things because of restrictions ? A very interesting statistic says that most divorces happen when couples spend much time together when they aren’t used so much with it . When both sexes work let’s say and then they gather once per year to go on holidays and spend ultimately 24 hours together , this is where problems occur and I personally find it rather nice that he can enjoy his time and do whatever is pleasing him ( and also Nelly ) after a nice “ family employees 😁😆 “ dinner
