    I think that the result matters as you say , that they are fine now .. plus I like that there’s no problem with Amalia , i find her the most outgoing with Gina as I can’t already psychology Claire 🧐 and I wouldn’t have liked that she gets blame for whatever happened ... 😌

    I also believe that , still , there’s an empty room 😉 it might have been an introduction evening scheduled to the new girl villasomething with some of the tenants that didn’t work out because she left ..

    And an observation that I don’t know if it has been mentioned earlier as I haven’t read all posts , there’s no alcohol consumption today from both L&A , I think they are the only ones if I see correctly that they don’t drink any alcohol 🤨

    I disagree ... it seemed to me more than this , if it was only that , it wouldn’t have been such a big discussion between L&A for 2-3 days and also some tension that we saw between them .. the “ no performance “ can happen , I think it has been lines that they were crossed on whatever agreement they have as a couple

    The good thing is that there isn’t any fault given to Amalia for that ... I think they have understood that there has been a miscommunication between them that caused the problem of last week ... and I i think it is very encouraging that they sat down , discussed it and now seems better .. a good and mature couple reaction I characterize it

    Kitty with her issues is a better and funnier apartment compared to Eliska and Pepik for example 😉, it is real life moments between a couple , the problem is that when it is tension , it isn’t enjoyable for the viewer . 1-2 times per month to argue can be normal but they have one or two per week 😔 In any case , Kitty is Kitty and I hope she stays for a long long time and hopefully her mental issues will improve as time goes by if it doesn’t look so promising with all the experience we have of this apartment

    Family holidays are very well deserved for a couple ( and as an individual Martina ) that stepped up their game this year and with Martina finally socializing with the Barcelona apartments tenants and providing endless hot forum talks .. time to relax , enjoy the company of their beloved ones and come back to keep nice company to us 😊

    Since we saw them packing , they most probably move to B5 ... except if they are done with RLC , that it is very unlikely to happen

    Exactly as said .. but I think we all agree that it is Kitty the one with the reactions and no matter how much we love her , this as a man personally it would be hard to stand 😔

    Very good information for Piper ... let’s see if RLC expands the model to Prague and Rome and give us apartments in these cities and maybe we see the girls as of course we both believe it will happen at Masha’s 😌

    Kitty is shouting to him in the bedroom now, she was crying really much earlier

    Watching again , I will for sure say that domestic physical violence is the worse that a man ( or a woman of course ) can do , but Kitty’s verbal abuses to Smith again and again and him trying to remain calm and behave decent ( it might be also a strict term on this current contract that if anything similar like last time happens it might be more severe actions ) it is a miracle that he lost his temper only once during the famous bathroom incident ... yes , a terrible mistake and for whatever reason , he lost any possible right he had , but all these behavior explosions to him , I really feel sympathy as a man to man .

    Anthony was there .. If Gina was instructed not to invite him , I don’t think she would have accepted , she is also a long time with RLC to have earnEd her way to the business and don’t forget that if she keeps on with this rhythm , she will become the undisputed longer tenant which is now being hold by Irma . Also , there haven’t been any signals that they aren’t allowed to invite anyone in the villa, after all , it is beneficial for the RLC business

    I don’t agree , Gina didn’t hide him , she shared brunch with him at the living room when she could have brought the food in her room and just let him take a shower and then go . I think it is more than fine with both of them , as I said , the past is the past and since Holly has joined for this stay , they have talked together many times , they have slept together and so , I think this subject has been discussed at an extend . I can agree that it might be a first encounter with Holly and Cesar strange in front of Gina , but this is just a speculation as they may have already met outside and it simply didn’t happen out of coincidence this time at the villa . After all , let’s say that we were the guests , i don’t think we were parading at the apartment of the current girlfriend like living there and don’t care for the person who is hosting . I think he was respectful to Gina and also to his “ obligations “ as being a guest of Gina for the night and morning .

    The past is the past , he is also older now and maybe he enjoy making the ride with Gina , after all , she seems to be even a crazier party person than him 😂🤣 They seem happy and enjoy the times , I am happy for Gina About the apartment , it could be then called “ the orgies villa “ 😁😁😆

    I don’t agree with you ... if a guy for such a long time he has managed to stay around the Barcelona apartments , he obviously does a lot of things right and there’s no need for the girls to share any of their incomes with him . He is a cool guy and most of us here are jealous that we can’t have some of the hottest women he has tasted all these years 😉

    With Christmas celebrations , unless anything is organized at any apartment requiring the presence of nearly everyone , although Russians celebrate 15 days later , it might be that Gina will be tagged with the airplane sign for the next 2-3 days and spending the times at Cesar’s 😉

    Well , at the end , it might be that everybody has moved on obviously with their lives , this also for him is more stable and ( at the moment ) he doesn’t see the place as the chance to “ fish “ another girl , the past is the past and there’s a girl who was involved with the previous time and that happens to live in the same place with his current girlfriend / whatever relation and me personally as a viewer expecting the soap opera because Christmas is coming and restrictions don’t allow to do anything 😂🤣😂😂🤪
