    Totally agree 😊. That’s why it is my own opinion on how i see this place and I simply express my thoughts , I explain also I believe why I do so . I would LOVE that this apartment works as we saw it briefly for some days , Jen for me is in the top 3 nicest girls curently across whole RLC female tenants , I like she’s wild , unconventional , let’s say that she will “ live and die “ with her own ideas and principles . That’s perfectly fine but WHEN someone is NOT affecting a “ working “ environment and when this person has chosen to expose herself for people who pay to watch . She can try and put a bit “ water in her wine “ as we say in my country but remaining “ stubborn “ and “ egoist “ , won’t secure her for the long term . If she doesn’t like where she is because of the other two , she can ask her boss( es ) for a solution because this is NOT good to watch in the long term .

    Jen is a gorgeous girl but this residency is currently a scandal , for me as a viewer of course . What’s there to see and expect when Jen is there because she HAS to and not because she WANTS to . She’s there to get her payroll and that’s it . Not even a “ hello “ to the other two girls , she’s there , locked in her room and laptop just to fulfill her contract that RLC has given her . Jen is a local , friends , people she knows but we see no one ( of course it might be that they don’t want to be on cameras , but as I have said , to pass by , have a wine or a beer or a chat , I can’t find it difficult for a tenant to ask someone when’s she so alone and bored ) , she will just pick a day to go to her own home , relax , take her shower , watch tv or whatever she does . The problem is that this causes INCREDIBLE problems to the apartment , the other 2 girls after a very promising week with guests , all 3 of them making the Christmas decorations , it is now a DISASTER place for them to share and for us to watch . There’s nothing happening apart from the “ obligatory “ ( according to them ) tasks , that is masturbations and run around naked ( that for at least Vivi and Jen this is easy for them ) . This kind of attitude , that it is so hostile , the last time we saw it was between Esmi and Nadia if I am correct , RLC did the obvious , either asked Esmi to go if she couldn’t coop with Nadia or Esmi asked to go by herself . If things don’t change , this place will be doomed , Vivi and Vira can’t bring people in the apartment , if they bring nobody knows how Jen will react , Jen can’t bring ( or she doesn’t want ) because she won’t go anywhere in the apartment but her room . It is really a pity for everyone , the girls , the viewers , everyone . Jen , Astra , Neytiri , Briana , many nice girls but this is the difference , making a good tenant from just a nice tenant an Neytiri simply should be the BIGGEST example for all of the girls .

    Leora is a nice girl but a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE tenant , nice women exist though all over RLC so , apart from watching her , can you please tell me what ELSE she provides for this project ? Do you see any “ cameras “ life ? Any “ real “ life ? If you are paying to watch just a nice looking woman doing the ABSOLUTE ZERO with an old dog next to her the whole day , you can for sure then think if this is value for money ( you can spend your money all the way you like and wish ) , I get to see MANY OTHER apartments with women who HAVE A LIFE , Leora is just a “ decoration “ and will check her only if I read anything of worth here at the topic .

    This is a comment for some people who come occasionally here and sat that “ RLC is suffering with subscriptions “ , “ RLC is dying “ , “ RLC at its worst “ and all those kind of comments . As every business , they make good and bad things , right and mistakes . But they try , they risk , they evolve . There are things I also don’t like that they do but we need to think that they are now an international company , expanded in 4 European countries , with the more apartments than ever , this year hasn’t been one of their best but they tried something for the first time ( Latinas exclusive apartment , villa B4 split with two different cultures ) , like all things in life , time is needed for things to “ mature “ ( even the audience to get used to new routines ) , let’s see how they will handle 2026 . They can for sure improve .

    You keep on characterizing and whatever yo try to achieve , I don’t know , superiority , control over tenants actions , whatever you want to do here , do it to others as you don’t have chances of succeeding with me. An opinion posted is NEVER shitty or whatever you characterize , you do it also with tenants and forum members . An opinion is ALWAYS a respected expression of thoughts made by anyone who posts here . Me and and many others we do it in English so as to help the flow of the discussion rather than having the members use the translation tools of the site ( which in the end will no lt help AT ALL if I use my native language the way I want and happens in daily routine life ) . You have all the right to question an opinion , it might be RIGHT or WRONG , according to your own beliefs , experiences in life or preferences . But it is NEVER shitty . As I have told you repeatedly , you should learn to respect others , something that you have lost in your life course learning to do.

    At least , the last couple of days with the many changes , they tried to keep up to date quite fast . For the male tenants , if it wasn’t for Sayn and Damir that they announced leaving the project , I would say that they don’t care so much .

And for us viewers , when female tenants are absent or not present for some days or even repeatedly , the curses are beyond words … Let’s see then if he just prepares his return and a different attitude .

    We have argued for the name of Zabava’s guy again 😆😛 … he isn’t a tenant , nobody I think is interested in him and what he does also with social media and all this , so , I don’t think he has anything to worry about . And you also know that I NEVER use names to characterize either tenants or guests . Anyway , I only want to point out that the sarcasm for Esmi ( I don’t think you meant it seriously 😁) brought a counter post for her sister because at least , with the way her life was and anything we saw during her last stay , at least with her real life stories , she could perhaps resurrect this “ slow dying “ apartment . I know that Astra gave a 5-10 minutes sexy dance last night and the girl is for sure eye candy but I am really fascinated that these girls lack knowledge ( either they haven’t been told or not advised from ex or current tenants that suggested them to join ) of how this project works .     This apartment , Jen just being there with zero interaction with the 2 others , it is simply unwatchable ( or perhaps watch so as to check the next “ gossip “ ) . I don’t know if RLC needs to interfere but what’s the point when 1 girl doesn’t want to escape her room so as not to meet the other two or one of them and that the two ( or at least the one ) just wonder around with no will to show superiority and confront the person they believe is wrong and finish this once and for all for the sake of this apartment . Pff , what a disaster ..
