    I believe that if Babi hadn’t messed up while she was given the chance to take care of the apartment during Masha’s holidays last year , she would have been ( or at least take it in turns with the hairdresser - by the way, it is a pity we haven’t christened her , she needs a name as she’s a regular visitor now and I suggest Judy ) the one responsible of the apartment . I enjoy the crazy freedom personality of Judy , her profession allows for many people to be appearing on cameras , but having seen Babi with that threesome , I would have liked to watch her also many times expecting some really fun things . Now , this might be this person visiting her and that’s the special preparations or of course a date .. in any case , I hope we get to see some new faces in this apartment and not only from Marlene as we are heading to summer months ..

If Leora and Paul name this still a relationship , congratulations .. It’s the only long time , distanced relationship of two people who manages to survive without one of the most important things , sex ..     I can’t see Martina becoming a “ Nora “ let’s say because of not being Russian .If she stays more with RLC , i think Alberto’s path to nowhere life will get worse , he is growing up , opportunities on finding a job will becoming less and less gradually . I would like to see a single Martina but knowing that Alberto remained a best friend , a guy that can visit her , accept a possible new relationship perhaps .And then , when the time is right , I think Martina should quit RLC and pursue whatever she wishes concerning the expertise she gets from her studies . The biggest problem I think for a tenant will always be when the time to abandon and quit the project comes . A clever tenant should know when to stop , staying more and just pursuing only the money benefits , it might look great but money can be lost within weeks , earnings of many years perhaps .And the more the years pass , the reality of the outside world is lost , I think Martina is clever enough knowing when she puts the plug off of her stay .

    Olivia is the old sister , she has always been advising , comforting and counseling her little sister , when Marat cheated on her and the way she stood to her I can still remember . But a 28 years old now Olivia , I think both of them need their own space , it is one more proof that this isn’t working anymore sharing but they have no other choice , it practically holds both of them back to do things . I agree then that it is good that they start slowly doing things with other people but I think Ulyana will always want her sister in a way while Olivia can handle this easier .

Please sign me in 😋😋😋😇😇 But with Nelly around , this is like wanting to start a war 😂🤣😂🤣 We know that Masha has tried to approach Martina and asked to meet her , it has never happened ..Masha and Nelly currently are enemies , at least from Nelly’s side that she doesn’t want to ever see her ..I can’t think that Masha hasn’t spoken to Eva about Martina or Eva being unaware , a local is always a big help if anything is needed , therefore I believe that Eva is aware for M&A.. I agree with your post then 😇but it seems that Martina has decided to step aside from the GOV/ COV apartments for as long as her studies last .
