I think Dominga and Lunette analyzed the project to Ada and Simonne and then they asked RLC if they could join as tenants , I don’t think RLC communicates to an existing tenant that is seen with a lover or potential boyfriend / girlfriend to ask them if they want to join the project . It is also known that tenants ( ex or current ) that bring new people in the project , they get kind of a bonus or extra money , which isn’t a little amount for what I know . It is a way of RLC to find tenants as they can’t do it by themselves anymore as it seems .

    They check the forum as we all know and the comments made here and how many they are .     I agree that it is RLC deciding , obviously . It just shows that the overall problem of finding tenants has gone now to male ones as well . It can’t be that RLC Barcelona is run with with the worst lesbian couple in history ( Ada /Lunette ) , two girls that are locked in their room isolated from the rest and occasionally watching TV in the living room ( Dana / Zara ) , a girl who is just there in the villa to get a payroll ( Roxa ) , a fake couple which has caused more problems than “ action “ ( Brandon /Aya ) , a girl who is daily out of the apartment ( Astra ) and let’s not count the empty beds ( B5 , B2 , B1 ) . We can add also the sisters ( Esmi / Zabava ) and of course two girls that aren’t anymore interested in RLC ( Harley / Ulyana ) . Dylan was also a good RLC dynamic character , I think since the “ cold “ turning point of his sexual relationship with great Ashley , it made him see things differently and perhaps improved his ways as you mention .. but it killed the great moments we were getting , the “ nice breakfasts “ as Ashley was telling him when he was visiting him in his room .

    RLC doesn’t seem to care , perhaps of not being able to find tenants . In other years , she would have been fired so far , but it is a different era in Barcelona and RLC doesn’t seem to bother . Having even less tenants , they need to maintain her at the project .

    It will come the time - whenever that might be - that she will be the longest villas tenant . But it is a role that ( the one of the leader ) doesn’t fit for her . For example , Sara and Neytiri have been leaders , Kaya will be taking this role in my opinion , Brianna has good relationships with everyone and everybody likes her , I think whoever comes , she will approach easily so I don’t think she will be isolated . Let’s see but I think that the villas need minimum 2 of the Kaya style girls to really boost with energy and MOSTLY unpredictability , girls who won’t hesitate at anything. Together with the “ nuclear weapon “ Liora and Gelia that she’s a “ hidden gem “ tenant , good things might happen . This means of course that Zara and Dana don’t belong to this concept .

    The prediction has been made since October / November that she’s the next long term tenant in my opinion . All facts point to this direction .
