    I believe that they haven’t interacted all this time due to the total concentration of Martina to her studies and she simply didn’t want any distractions . My theory has always been that it was sex for Martina and Nelly enjoyed a bit deeper the whole thing with Martina , maybe because the new life in Barcelona and having lost all her real friends and the life she had in Russia , have made her feel alone . Bogdan also with his duties , not perhaps enough time as a couple and Nelly found on Martina a person she could hang out , share and trust her thoughts except Bogdan . The same goes for Martina , Nelly has been for her like a big sister , she got excited with the passion of sex , but I think she never lost the actual orientation , that no matter what , Alberto is the guy for her , she is Spanish and her whole life is based currently in Barcelona and the future seems to be in Spain for her and that’s with the studies . Nelly has no cause , she’s just keeping company to Bogdan , she has no life targets for what we have seen , Bogdan has his role and she’s just the “ addition “ in a house of new and returning girls and definitely she feels that this is just a wasted period for her .     You are right , but I find this guy “ old school “ , he is belonging to the romantics and not the jerks .. he likes Pam , he respects her , he hunts her as we men have always been , the hunters .. of course , it needs courage to stay a bit far and “ not being interested “ so as the girl misses you and perhaps also seek for you , but Pam clearly has this guy for company since she expects soon another one.. This is a normal daily life guy that I think has messed with the wrong girl but maybe this “ insisting “ can make him win her in the end . So far , I like his approach , he is himself and not forcing anything when according to the age difference , experience and even being the local guy ( connections , friends , him not actually needing her ) , he could “ demand more from her after almost a month of knowing one another . For me , it is what makes me tune in at B1 and watch with the current cast ☺️

    As in all apartments , we criticize what we see . Kitty isn’t happy , this is more than obvious , we know that she loves being an exhibitionist , she loves showing her beauties and I am sure she wants to make her fans happy , for sure she’s older and ( perhaps ? ) more mature but it is clear that she’s just having issues that prevent her from being herself . Of course it is real life , but it is sad to see this “ real life “ of this couple , it somehow doesn’t make you what to tune in and see what’s happening ,viewers want to tune in and enjoy good vibes , atmosphere and feelings so they can “ engage “ with the tenants .. but this isn’t happening .. the only good times I can recall is whenever Smith’s family visit or Kitty’s mother .. then their problems seem to get aside and hidden and behave like a normal daily life couple .. is it fake then when that happens and they just hide what’s really going or is it their true nature when beloved family people are next to them ? Let’s see what happens ..

    I am trying to see and speak things as objective as I can , you know that I am a fan of these two girls , but this won’t prevent me from saying the things as I currently see it . I will be the first who will “ celebrate “ when this apartment becomes worth to be seen ( for my standards , but I know I speak for a lot of people ) , truth or whatever , it is always an opinion as it is from anyone else here and I am not hiding or daring not posting it ☺️😇
