i wasn't an rlc subscriber either but my ip address has been blocked & i haven't seen anything on rlc for about 3 months. i also know some others in the same boat.

the only thing that may be saving them by accident is that the lame apts get a lot of feedback mistakenly labeled as hot. they don't seem to realize that soon there will be no one left even to criticize them.
