I have participated in and contributed to this chat for about 3 years now. Almost every year we complain about this shabby apartment. But obviously Martina and Alberto like its situation/ location right in the middle of, respectively close to the city center. Supermarkets and shops just round the corner, public transport in front of their entrance door. Schools, colleges, university nearby. Hospitals, too. Many advantages, indeed. However, you are right, a new sofa would be great, the mold in the bathroom should be removed, the wall paper in the bedroom should be renewed.

After her exams Martina must try hard to reduce smoking. In most European countries smoking is regarded negatively nowadays. Smokers are supposed to be weak-willed and „underclass“. I don’t share this opinion but I think the smell of human breath plus cigarette smoke is disgusting.

Have a close look at the guest-room. There she is, there she was last night. She, herself, admitted that she cannot sleep well at the moment. So, in order not to disturb A she sleeps, or tries to sleep in the guest-room.

Don't worry! Not everybody can be an intellectual.

I must admit that in spite of my permanent and sometimes stupid criticism of Martina’s smoking I love this girl. She’s really different from the other girls. She obviously has got aims and plans for her future. I like her disciplined studying. I was a busy student myself -and believe me maths and physics was extremely demanding- and therefore I know what it means to sit down till late at night. I hope she will succeed, and I keep my fingers crossed.

I don't think Martina will be able to give up smoking. Wasn't it Oscar Wilde who said "I can resist everything except temptation." Seriously speaking, as long as A encourages her she will go on. On the other hand A should be a real deterrent with his disgusting slimy cough every morning.

In most European countries smoking has decreased enormously. In Scandinavia or the German-speaking countries Austria, Switzerland and Germany smoking is out. Those who can't refrain are regarded as weak-willed or underclass. It seems that Spain will need another 5 - 10 years. For Martina it is obviously quite difficult because all her friends and relatives smoke. Her parents and siblings are real chain-smokers. Bad luck!☠️

Maths can be very helpful in life. When I studied maths at a German university I was often asked for private lessons. A lot of female students wanted me to teach them but not to touch them. Later they were thankful and taught me how to touch them.

What does Alberto know about women, their wishes and desires? Honestly speaking, nothing. Nothing at all. I have been watching this couple for almost 4 years now and Alberto has not learnt that it isn't enough to cum and then walk off like a dog. M&A are real minimalists. They have got a multi-purpose-room now, where they live, eat and sleep together with their dogs and where they use their chairs as wardrobes. If they try hard they may even use their water tank as a bath-tub. This is no criticism. Do not take it seriously.
