Alan really does act very immature at times. If he doesn't get what he wants he starts his crap and pouting like you said. How will he ever be able to hold down a job? You can't start acting like a little kid when you don't get what you want from the boss. I look at Nina and Alan and sometimes it seems like they've known each other for a long time, even as kids, and she's always mothered him when he doesn't get his way.
