I know it might be irrational, but I always want them to come back. I know the "interesting stuff" might as well have happened earlier in the night anyway, and that they are just sleeping. But still. I feel that they are payed to live in these apartments. They can't just conveniently choose to sleep elsewhere, just because they wanted to do something that they want to keep away from the cameras. For me, it rocks alittle bit with the concept. They are decieving us, and "stealing" something that could and should have happened in the RLC-apartment. In the vacation-apartments they usually stay only a few months. It might take a few weeks to adapt to the life on camera. Another few weeks to get to know the place, and where to find the parties. If they then pass on one or two oportunities to bring the fun back to the RLC-apartment, it most likely won't happen again. We get new tenants that starts the same journey, and it will end the same way, if there is no effort put into it. It is of course a completely different case with the long term apartments (couples and roommates). They share their whole lifes with us, they should of course be allowed much more freedom. If they miss out on a good oportunity or two, we can always just wait for the next one. Another reason that I always want them to come back is because I find it a very interesting voyeur moment. You can see so much in those few minutes after they return from a party. How drunk they are, and what mood they're in. You can sort of tell how their night went. All that is lost if they return in the afternoon the next day.

I think they have been out every night, except 3, since the crazy party where they were told to calm down. It is alittle much, in my opinion. But to be honest, if we are going to have tenants who go out alot, I would actually want them to do exactly like Tesla and Elian are doing now. As long as they come home during the night, I think it's fair enough. I just hate when they choose to stay outside somewhere overnight.

Was it said that the leak was caused by that bath? I can't remember that. But OK, maybe it was. Yes, I agree that the decent thing to do would be to clean up this mess imediately, of course. I just don't want to create the problem before it has arisen. Then, when it arises, they should be given another warning. By the neighbors, and by RLC. Not by me though, it's not my business how they treat their neighbors, I'm just here to watch the great real life event that happened. I hope that they will clean up the next time, simply because I don't want the apartment to get shut down, but beyound that, I don't care. And for the record, I never complained about Luna and Zac's apartment getting shut down. They so obviously caused it themselves. I was never really a big fan of them either. I liked the life, parties and guests of Carla and Yanai better.... However, I have complained that RLC never found a new place for these couples though.

We'll see. This isn't B4. 😁 Those floors are tiled, and it is a drain in the other part of the room, so it is not certain this will become an issue at all. But we will see.

Does Capo have any connection to the previous tenants? Was she one of their regular visitors?

And what is it that they have to do to avoid breaking the rules? Yes! We get places who only invite people they have made a deal with beforehand, and do an agreed-upon tease-show. That will always be the safest option. You don't throw a big party, as you can never eliminate the risk of something unpredictable. And in the end, it is actually exactly this possibility of something unpredictable happening that makes for great content. That is why I called it paradoxical.

No new rules, but people learn things over time. After so many fines have accumulated, and so many party-places have been shut down, maybe they might start asking themselves some questions. Is it worth it? Why make the effort to have parties, when we're only getting punished for it?

My guess is that your explaination nr. 2 plays a crucial part in it. I have actually expressed concerns about that before on here. VH is way too trigger-happy, both in putting apartments offline, and in handing out fines. Very poor management! It is simply wrong, and extremely paradoxical, that it is the tenants who actually take the risks and try to create great content that has to get heavy penalties for it. Meanwhile, those who manage to balance it in a much lamer safe-zone are good.

VH in general seem to be really dead at the moment. No good parties in weeks.
