Ok Leora I'm going to put my case why you should always wear your mask when out. In Australia we are currently at 49 days without a local case of COVID-19. But I'm continuing to wear my mask. The main reason isn't because of COVID -19 that I'm wearing my mask still. It's because our bodies are used to other peoples germs as we have been in lockdowns. My wife stopped wearing her mask and caught a nasty cold within days. Currently like you she is very sick. So my advise is wear the mask even if you don't need too.

In Australia it's Autumn and our weather is changing to colder. Now we don't get very cold weather but during the change from very hot weather to a bit cooler it's our cold and flu time. My poor wife is coughing up a lung and a runny nose. As we have no cases of COVID in Australia we aren't worried about it being COVID. I personally been tested 5 times and know it's no big deal. I really don't think we need to get tested. But in other countries better to be tested just in case. We both have booked in for our free Flu shots next Thursday.
