VHTV should offer us the opportunity to subscribe to the apartments individually ...... so EM & Sid would not earn a penny and the problem with such tenants would solve itself.

This is a problem that managers and VHTV have to deal with ...... we can only do ONE thing against it ....... not subscribe Premium.

I don't think BUDDA is involved in the rent (knowing it was a joke). It's money enough (when Bob comes to visit every 2 months) for food and drinks. A few days ago Sid got a new jacket ..... for the inconvenience with Bob. They do not need more ... laptop and mobile phone work fine. Em often keeps her stomach but she still smokes .... so she doesn't seem to be pregnant ..... pregnant from one of her chat partners or day long trips away from their apartment. And so they continue kidding us. We can watch them while sleeping, playing computer, typing on the cellphone and leaving the apartment for hours.

Everyone must be contractually obliged to wear a head-mounted camera (Action-Cam) when leaving home. The tenants want to be seen by us, we pay for that ... and not to argue about where someone might be. Or ... as I said a few days ago .... a daily summary by VHTV what happened in the individual apartments. That would help us to understand much more. As it is, it's always a guesswork.

How important are fresh clothes? Their skin is happy when getting some water. The main thing is makeup, lipstick and -of course- a fully charged cellphone.
