Hopefully RLC can look at the progress Laima has been making lately and decide she is worth another chance. If I ran RLC that's what I would do rather than replace her with someone even worse. She deserves another chance. In my humble opinion when she has her priorities set Mila has good chemistry with everyone. She's just that kind of girl. She is friendly and outgoing and completely genuine. You can't help but be drawn to her. she lights up the place. Elvira is my sweetheart but Mila is right up at the top of my list too. The girls all love her and they would drink slop from crystal goblets if Mila asked them to. Especially Elvira. There is something special developing between those two and I'm not talking just about sex. I'm not saying we have another Anita and Dalia in B4 but I'm not saying it isn't possible either. Emilia and Malena were a lot of fun to watch the other night. I'm sure the party atmosphere and of course the wine had a lot to do with that. Since that night they are pretty much back to sticking with each other in their room and I really don't expect a lot from them but I'd love for them to prove me wrong.

I'm not worried but a little concerned this morning. Mila left half an hour ago with her black duffel bag packed and on her shoulder. I just hope she isn't sliding backward and heading over to B1 to be with Sera. I'm not a Sera hater like many here and actually have been seeing some good signs that she is changing but since she and Mila had their falling out Mila has been much happier and doing a much better job of taking care of her girls. I just think she needs to concentrate on them now. Elvira, Laima and Emilia left before Mila woke up this morning so if Laima does leave today as we've been told and Mila doesn't come home tonight she won't even get to say goodbye. Hopefully there's a good explanation other than her going to B1.

You haven't offended me at all. We just see the same thing slightly differently. I think their base pay is just for occupying space in the apartment and it's hard to do that wrong so you can't really fine them for it. ut in truth, all these will only be relevant if RLC actually care about their subscribers and offer them good value for their premium subscriptions. This is the biggest problem as I see it. RLC doesn't care. That is what needs fixing

I don't pretend to know exactly how their pay structure works but my understanding, and correct me if I'm wrong, from reading the posts over the past 7 months is that all the girls get a base pay just for being in the project and there are almost no requirements other than they dress scantily much of the time and probably spend at least x number of hours in the apartment per week. Anything they earn above that base pay is through bonus money for specific things. If that's true then Elvira has nothing at all to get upset about. She gets her bonus money for what she does and Daisy gets just base pay because she doesn't do anything to earn bonus money. Compare it to your corporate sector and it seems to me to be much the same as commission sales. If I'm wrong then I'm wrong but this is just how I have interpreted what I've read.

I understand your frustration at these girls. I am frustrated as well but right now I honestly don't think changing all those girls at one time is going to solve anything. They could easily be replaced with girls that could be just as bad or worse. I think RLC needs to dramatically change their screening process for prospective new girls. They need to really look long and hard at more than just the information provided by these girls when they apply. People exaggerate their qualifications and experience on resumes and job applications more and more as the job market tightens. The interview process needs major changes. At least a couple active paying subscribers to RLC need to be included as interviewers. One interview may not be enough, it may take 2 or 3 to really make sure the candidates are right for the project and even then there is no guarantee we will get a girl that will actually deliver on what she promises.

I find it very difficult to believe any girl could NOT realize there were cameras. First of all they have to apply for a spot in RLC and I'm quite sure they are given lots of info on the cams before deciding to apply. Second just look at the name Real Life CAMS

First of all welcome to the forum. If you get a chance read the post I made just a few minutes ago. I respect your opinion of what you saw but you haven't seen the progression of this girl over the past month. The rest of us have and because of that I disagree that Laima fucked things up. She was welcomed by Mila and Elvira. They took her right into their fun but they were all very tired and ready to call it a night anyhow. Again that's just the way I see it.

Good morning to you Sergio. You're right, everyone sees what they want to see and unfortunately no 2 see something exactly the same. A perfect example is Sera in B1. Some see her as The Ice Princess. Cold hearted, controlling, etc. while others see her as just another girl trying to fit in and make friends. I personally don't see it as a problem that I see something different from what you see as long as I respect your view as your own and don't demand that you accept my view as the Gospel.
