    From what we witnessed and what I have been told, pretty much, yes. That being said, they don't need to be super close friend that goes way back. Sometimes that's just people that they met "randomly". Now that I think about it, I never asked if there's a finder fee (that would make sense, and explain some "choices").

    Regarding french laws : if either N&B is french, baby is french (wherever it's born) If by any chance N or B was born in France, their children born in France would be french automatically if the baby is born in France, he can be french if the parents don't "transmit" their nationality. How can they not transmit their nationality ? If something in their country of origin forbids it for children born outside of their country for example or if they abandon it at birth. So, most likely : not french. (can't speak for the Spanish side).

    We never see anyone move in, so most likely won't happen. I highly doubt (just because "never say never") that J&A will ever be in a shared place. The fact that they left (or was asked to leave) makes me think that we won't see them again (unless they moved in that hypothetical Alberto's house, and they join XLife). N&B (or any tenants) won't be in a place with cameras, so you can forget about them. *Also, why would N&B move in J&A's old place ? They will have to rent/buy their own place.

I never said anything because you are always nice, cheerful and more respectful than some regarding the tenants, but your constant congratulating on the "shows" is a bit tiresome for me (and not I want to see). I was tempted to put you on ignore a couple of times already (but at that rate I will only see my posts...). As others said, put the one who bother you on ignore. And I'll add : if something in life gives you more grief than joy, dump that thing. You only have one life.
